  • Core Control Specification for Waterproof Performance: This product is an IP67/IPX7 waterproof dedicated TYPE-C female connector. After opening the vacuum package, SMT mounting and assembly must be completed within 8 hours. Long-term exposed storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture absorption and aging of the waterproof seals, which will cause attenuation of waterproof performance. During assembly, the red silicone waterproof ring must be installed in strict accordance with the drawing specifications to ensure that the rubber ring is intact, undamaged, untwisted, and not over-compressed, and the sealing surface is closely fitted to the housing without misalignment. After the finished product is assembled, a 30-minute waterproof sealing test at 1 meter water depth must be performed to confirm no leakage before putting into use. It is forbidden to install and use products with incomplete waterproof structure assembly or damaged seals.

  • Vacuum Packaging and Tape Carrier Protection Specifications: The product is packaged in a single reel vacuum seal. During the whole process of transportation, storage and production turnover, it is strictly prohibited to heavy press, drop or violently impact the tape reel, and stacking and squeezing are forbidden to prevent carrier tape deformation, product falling off, and pin bending damage. After the tape is opened, avoid pulling or excessive bending of the carrier tape, and the peeling angle of the carrier tape must be strictly controlled within the range of 165°-180°. When feeding with a fully automatic mounter, the nozzle position and suction force must be precisely controlled to avoid the product functional area and pins, to prevent product deformation, pin offset, and waterproof structure damage caused by excessive nozzle pressure, which will affect the mounting accuracy and product performance.

  • Vertical SMT Mounting and Soldering Process Specifications: PCB pad size, through-hole aperture and positioning hole position must be designed in strict accordance with the PCB layout recommended in the drawing. No PCB slotting is required for vertical installation, to ensure that the product is vertically flush with the PCB surface after mounting, without warping or offset. During SMT mounting, it is necessary to ensure the precise alignment of the two through-board pins with the PCB through-holes, and the SMD pins are fully fitted with the corresponding pads to avoid mounting offset, pin bending, cold solder and false solder of the pads. The peak temperature of reflow soldering must be strictly controlled at 260℃±5℃, and the residence time at high temperature peak shall not exceed 10 seconds, to prevent thermal deformation of PA9T/PA46 high temperature resistant plastic housing, oxidation of stainless steel shell plating, and damage to the gold plating layer of contact terminals, resulting in failure of product electrical performance and waterproof effect.

  • PCB Layout and Equipment Housing Adaptation Requirements: The PCB layout must strictly match the product drawing dimensions, and sufficient vertical installation space and plug mating operation space must be reserved to avoid physical interference between the product and surrounding electronic components, equipment housing, and PCB board. It is recommended that the unspecified tolerance of PCB layout be controlled within ±0.05mm to ensure the accuracy of vertical mounting, welding firmness and mass production yield. The opening of the equipment panel must strictly match the plug insertion size and the product's 6.8mm total length specification, and the housing thickness design must be compatible with the product size to avoid interference during plug mating, resulting in interface damage and loose waterproof structure.

  • Mating Operation and Daily Use Specifications: When mating and using the product, the TYPE-C male plug and female connector must be aligned horizontally, and force should be applied evenly along the axial direction for mating. Violent mating, oblique mating, shaking mating, and lateral pulling of the interface are strictly prohibited, to prevent bending of vertically mounted pins, housing cracking, displacement of internal contacts, and loosening of the waterproof sealing structure, so as to avoid damage to the product's electrical performance, waterproof performance and service life. It is forbidden to use non-standard, deformed and damaged male plugs with foreign objects for mating, to prevent scratching the gold plating layer of the contact terminals and damaging the internal structure of the interface.

  • Storage Environment and Validity Period Specifications: When the product is unopened, it must be stored in a dry, dust-free environment without corrosive gases and strong ultraviolet direct radiation, with the storage temperature controlled at 5℃~35℃ and relative humidity ≤75%. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperature, high humidity, acid and alkali corrosion, salt spray environment to prevent aging of the plastic housing, loss of elasticity of the silicone waterproof ring, oxidation of the metal plating, and attenuation of sealing performance. Unopened products must be used within the shelf life. Once the vacuum package is opened, all mounting processes must be completed within 8 hours.

  • Product Selection and Adaptation Application Specifications: This product is a 6PIN simplified function vertical waterproof TYPE-C female connector with a rated current of 3.0A. It is only suitable for fast charging power supply and basic CC protocol communication scenarios, and does not support extended functions such as high-speed data transmission and audio and video output. The selection must be made according to the thickness of the equipment housing, vertical installation space, waterproof grade and current demand. It can only be used with standard TYPE-C male plugs. It is forbidden to assemble and use with non-standard, customized, size-mismatched male plugs/equipment to prevent problems such as insufficient interface installation, structural damage, waterproof failure, and poor electrical contact.

  • Transportation Turnover and Anti-static Protection Specifications: During the transportation and production turnover of the product, the original vacuum package must be kept intact, buffer protection must be done well, and severe impact, extrusion and dropping of the reel are prohibited. Anti-static protection must be done throughout the whole process. Operators must wear anti-static wrist straps and use anti-static equipment. It is forbidden to directly touch the product pins and contact terminals with bare hands to avoid electrostatic breakdown damage to the internal contacts and metal plating of the interface, resulting in failure of the product's electrical performance.
