Our packaging consists of inner packaging (product blister trays / carrier tapes) with buffer pads inserted in between, and outer packaging reinforced with corner protectors for extra strength.
We use fully automated packaging. Full inspection is conducted for quantity and product specifications, with random sampling before shipment.
If any of the above issues occur, please contact your sales representative directly, and we will arrange re-delivery or replacement accordingly.
Scratches, oxidation, and color difference on the housing are not normal phenomena.
All our products are manufactured automatically. Before final packaging and warehousing, we conduct 100% full inspection on every product, including appearance, function, tolerance, and flatness.
If you find any scratches, oxidation, or color difference after receiving the goods, please contact us directly.For a small quantity, we will arrange free re-delivery; for a large quantity, we will provide batch replacement.All shipping costs incurred during this process will be borne by our company.
All our products are protected with bubble cushions during shipment, as well as specially developed blister trays or tape & reel packaging tailored to the products.
The inner package is equipped with gaskets, and the outer package is fitted with corner protectors.
In the event any defective items still occur, please provide photos and the defect ratio. We will arrange a full replacement for all defective products.
