Waterproof Performance Protection Specifications: When installing the product, ensure that the silicone waterproof ring is intact, undamaged and undeformed, and closely fits the sealing surface of the equipment housing. Assemble strictly according to the recommended rubber ring size to avoid the failure of waterproof sealing caused by misalignment, extrusion and falling off of the waterproof ring; it is forbidden to use the product when the waterproof structure is damaged.
Mounting & Soldering Specifications: During SMT mounting, it is necessary to ensure the precise alignment of the vertical 4 pins with the PCB pads and through-holes to avoid mounting offset, pad misalignment and pin bending; the peak temperature of reflow soldering must be strictly controlled within the range of 260℃±5℃, and the high temperature residence time shall not exceed the industry standard, to prevent thermal deformation of the full plastic body, oxidation damage of pin plating, and high temperature aging of the waterproof ring.
PCB Layout & Installation Adaptation Requirements: PCB pad size, through-hole aperture and positioning hole position must be designed in strict accordance with the product drawing, and sufficient vertical installation space and waterproof structure assembly space must be reserved to avoid physical interference between the product and surrounding electronic components and equipment housing; it is recommended that the PCB layout tolerance be controlled within ±0.05mm to ensure the accuracy of vertical insertion and mounting yield.
Mating & Usage Specifications: The male and female connectors must be aligned horizontally during mating, apply force evenly, violent insertion, oblique insertion and shaking insertion are prohibited, to prevent vertical pin deformation, shell cracking, pin fracture and waterproof structure loosening, and avoid affecting the electrical performance, waterproof performance and service life of the product.
Environment & Storage Requirements: The product must be stored in a dry, dust-free environment without corrosive gases, the storage temperature is controlled at 5℃~35℃, and the relative humidity is ≤75%. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperature, high humidity, acid and alkali corrosion, strong ultraviolet environment to prevent aging of the full plastic body, loss of toughness of the silicone waterproof ring, and oxidation of the metal plating; the product should be used as soon as possible after opening, avoid long-term exposed storage affecting the performance of the waterproof ring.
Adaptation & Selection Specifications: This product is a waterproof 24PIN TYPE-C female connector, which can only be used with standard TYPE-C 24PIN male connectors. It is forbidden to mate with non-standard, customized, damaged and deformed male connectors to prevent damage to the internal structure of the interface, poor contact, short circuit, damage to the waterproof structure and other problems.
Transportation & Handling Specifications: During transportation and production turnover, the original packaging must be kept intact. Severe impact, extrusion and dropping of the tape reel are prohibited to prevent carrier tape deformation, product falling off, vertical pin bending, and waterproof ring falling off and deformation; after the tape is opened, avoid pulling and bending the carrier tape to prevent abnormal peeling force from affecting automatic feeding.
