Mounting & Soldering Specifications: During SMT mounting, it is necessary to ensure the precise alignment of the vertical 2 pins with the PCB pads and positioning holes to avoid mounting offset and pad misalignment; the peak temperature of reflow soldering must be strictly controlled within the range of 260℃±5℃, and the high temperature residence time shall not exceed the industry standard, to prevent thermal deformation of PA9T housing and oxidation damage of pin plating, and the dimensional tolerance must be strictly controlled within ±0.08mm before reflow.

PCB Layout & Adaptation Requirements: PCB pad size, through-hole aperture and positioning hole position must be designed in strict accordance with the product drawing, and sufficient vertical installation space must be reserved to avoid physical interference between the product and surrounding electronic components; it is recommended that the PCB layout tolerance be controlled within ±0.05mm to ensure the accuracy of vertical insertion and mounting yield.

Mating & Usage Specifications: The male and female connectors must be aligned horizontally during mating, apply force evenly, violent insertion, oblique insertion and shaking insertion are prohibited, to prevent vertical pin deformation, shell cracking and pin fracture, and avoid affecting the electrical performance and service life of the product.

Environment & Storage Requirements: The product must be stored in a dry, dust-free environment without corrosive gases, the storage temperature is controlled at 5℃~35℃, and the relative humidity is ≤75%. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperature, high humidity, acid and alkali corrosion environment to prevent oxidation of metal plating and aging of PA9T housing; the product should be used as soon as possible after opening, avoid long-term exposed storage.

Adaptation & Selection Specifications: This product is a customized vertical TYPE-C female connector, which can only be used with standard TYPE-C 16PIN male connectors. It is forbidden to mate with non-standard, customized, damaged and deformed male connectors to prevent damage to the internal structure of the interface, poor contact, short circuit and other problems.

Transportation & Handling Specifications: During transportation and production turnover, the original packaging must be kept intact. Severe impact, extrusion and dropping of the tape reel are prohibited to prevent carrier tape deformation, product falling off and vertical pin bending; after the tape is opened, avoid pulling and bending the carrier tape to prevent abnormal peeling force from affecting automatic feeding.
