  • SMT Mounting Rule: Ensure both pins are fully inserted into PCB holes during mounting. Keep the product vertically aligned to avoid offset, bent pins or cold solder joints, and guarantee soldering strength and mechanical reliability.

  • Reflow Soldering Rule: Strictly control the reflow temperature profile for LCP insulator. Limit peak temperature and high-temperature dwell time to prevent blistering, melting, discoloration or dimensional deformation.

  • Mating Operation Rule: Keep male and female connectors horizontally aligned and apply force evenly along the axis. Violent, oblique or lateral insertion/extraction is prohibited to avoid terminal deformation, loose shell or EMI structure damage.

  • EMI Shielding Protection: Avoid squeezing, impact or bending the shielding structure during assembly and use. Ensure good grounding of the shield to prevent electromagnetic shielding failure and signal interference.
