Waterproof Performance Protection: Ensure the silicone waterproof gasket is intact, undamaged and evenly compressed during assembly. Do not use with missing or misaligned gasket to avoid IPX6 waterproof failure.

SMT Mounting Rule: Ensure all 6 through-hole pins are fully inserted into PCB holes. Keep the product vertically aligned to avoid offset, bent pins or cold solder joints, and guarantee multi-point soldering strength and mechanical reliability.

Reflow Soldering Rule: Strictly control the reflow temperature profile. Peak temperature at 260℃ shall not exceed 10 seconds to prevent PA46 housing blistering, discoloration or dimensional deformation which may affect waterproof and mating performance.

Mating Operation Rule: Keep male and female connectors horizontally aligned and apply force evenly along the axis. Violent, oblique or lateral insertion/extraction is prohibited to avoid split-pin deformation, poor contact or waterproof structure damage.

Current Loading Rule: Operate within rated current per pin. Long-term overload is prohibited to avoid terminal overheating, accelerated housing aging, and reduced service life & electrical safety.

EMC Shielding Protection: Avoid squeezing or impacting the EMC shielding structure during assembly and use. Ensure good shielding grounding to prevent electromagnetic shielding failure and signal interference.

Tape Feeding Rule: Control carrier tape peel force and speed during automatic placement to avoid component drop or pin bending. Empty pockets at each end of the carrier tape are not for production use.

Storage & Transportation Rule: Use soon after vacuum pack opening; reseal unused parts to keep dry. Store in dry, ventilated and non-corrosive environment, avoid high temperature and humidity. Prevent heavy pressure, dropping and severe vibration during transportation.
